How can we help?
Start with the guides. If they don't answer it, open a ticket and we'll reply on the ticket's page here.
Guides
- Getting started
Sign in to Sherman Studio, create a site, edit it with the assistant or your own AI client, and put it on your own domain.
- Signing in
The sign-in options for Sherman Studio, extra email addresses on one account, and merging two accounts.
- Sign in with Studio
Let visitors sign in to your site with their Studio ID: a button, members-only pages and what your site receives.
- Sign-in levels
Give the people who sign in to your site a level and access groups, and choose per page or form who can open it.
- Flows
Flows run small server-side steps for your site: save form entries, call APIs, set cookies, sign people in and feed pages with data.
- Sending email
Send mail from your site's forms through your own mail account (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoho or any SMTP host).
- Scheduled flows
Run a flow every few minutes or on a cron schedule, with pausing, run-now and a run history.
- Records
Store JSON records per site, query them from flows and pages, and change them safely with conditional, all-or-nothing updates.
- File uploads
Let a form take a screenshot or PDF from a visitor, kept in private storage only the right people can open.
- Spam protection
Built-in, self-hosted spam protection for your forms, or your own Turnstile / reCAPTCHA keys.
- Site addresses
Every site's free address at yourname.sitehost.dev, what happens to older shermanwebdesign.com addresses, reserved names and the security every site gets.
- Domains & mail
Connect your own domain, buy or transfer one in the studio, and forward addresses at it to your inbox.
- Billing & credits
How credits work, what they pay for, credit packs with volume bonuses, and auto-refill.
- Connect your AI (MCP)
Edit your sites from Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or any MCP client through the studio's MCP server.
No guide matches that. Open a ticket and ask us.
How tickets work
- Sign in with your Sherman Studio account to open a ticket. You can attach one screenshot or PDF.
- Replies appear on your ticket's page; My tickets lists all of them. We don't send email about tickets yet, so check back there.
- From the studio, the Get help link fills in which site and page you were on.
- Never put passwords, API keys or card numbers in a ticket.
